Inventing Goddesses again….

Bonnie Stahlecker was my first book arts teacher. We are trading goddesses, you can see the one I sent to her here. She needed a goddess of lost tools, I needed the goddess that all bookmakers need, the Glue Goddess. She came in this lovely box in the mail, carefully packed. The best, very best, kind of mail.

Isn’t she grand? The box holds her colorfully and securely. She waves her glue brushes around like it is no big deal to glue anything. She would almost appear cavalier about the glueing thing if her hair did not look so worried.

I am pretty sure all my glueing experiences will be successful from now on. She is exactly what I needed, in all ways. Cheerful, beautifully adorned, and confident. Thank you Bonnie!

Get out there, invent a goddess and send her to a friend in need.

  3. I just love her. She is so uplifting. Just what you need to put a smile on your face.
